In post-secondary institutions, so much emphasis is placed on the final
product that students are afraid of failure. The need for success drives
everything they do, preventing them from testing new ideas and engaging
in experimentation. By creating an environment for safe failure, crosspollination
of ideas and emphasis on process over success, the institution
will create a more innovative and creative environment.
